At Scholar Suites UK Limited, we strive to provide transparent and fair policies to ensure a positive experience for all our residents. Our refund policy is designed to address various scenarios, including visa cancellations and deposit refunds.
Visa Cancellation and Non-Receipt of CAS Letter:
In the event that a student’s visa is cancelled, and the Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) letter is not received, Scholar Suites UK Limited will refund the full amount paid by the student for accommodation fees. This refund will only be applicable in cases where the visa cancellation and non-receipt of the CAS letter are confirmed.
Holding Deposit:
The one-week holding deposit is refundable up until the date of full payment for accommodation fees. Once the due date is overdue, the holding deposit becomes non-refundable.
Additional Terms:
• Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and accompanied by supporting documentation, where applicable.
• Refunds are subject to administrative fees and may take up to 5-7 business days to process.
• Any damage to the property beyond normal wear and tear may result in deductions from the refundable deposit.
• Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after the specified deadline.
